I had called and before I even set up an appointment, I gave them all the details, including insurance information and this lady (she was so kind and patient) confirmed with the manager that everything was good (I have a unique case). Upon arrival at the appointment, some lady that I interrupted on her cell phone, claimed to be the manager and said my insurance wasn’t good and I would have to pay out of pocket up front. I took time off work and drove completely out of my way for absolutely no reason. No call, no communication and there was plenty of time in between. This office should really address their internal processes, find out who the manager really is, and stop wasting people’s time. I absolutely loved my provider. Unfortunately the administrative staff constantly dropped the ball, delaying care for me multiple times. My treatment is time sensitive and must be on a schedule. Multiple times, id receive a phone call the day of my appointment that my appointment had to be canceled because they hadn't done their part on my authorization. Most recently I got a call ONE day before my appointment (an appointment that was made 3 months in advance (as was it done 3 months in advance every single time) to tell me that my doctor no longer worked there. Why they would not cancel all her appointments when she actually left, is beyond me. I'm now 2 months behind schedule because I had to find care elsewhere and wait for the insurance and an appointment. And now I can't get my other

Dr. Mitchell treated my 92 year old mother for a growing mass that everyone else was making us wait several weeks to get seen. Her care and compassion were first rate. If not for her my mother would not have survived. She IS a survivor now thanks to Dr. Mitchell helping us navigate today’s difficult medical system. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell. Staff and facilities were ok but, Doc Mitchell is best ENT out there.

I had to make an appointment for my daughter and received a referral here. The receptionist was not polite nor helpful in anyway to make and appointment. After 5 phone calls back and fourth with the receptionist I made a phone call to Resount ENT and they scheduled me immediately with 0 issues and we're very polite and helpful. If my first and only experience with medical provider is with a rude and unhelpful representative, I will take my business elsewhere! DO BETTER!
