After being in huge hospitals the coziness of this facility was welcomed. It had the atmosphere of a bustling neighborhood clinic instead of some massive impersonal hospital. The facility was very nice and clean as one would expect.

The people working there are terrible and they don't take any responsibility. It was my first time here for radiotherapy, and because I had two appointments, when I came in I asked the front desk if they were in the same place, they said yes, and then they took me to do a urine test, and after the test they told me to wait in the waiting room. I walked to the front desk and asked them if I was waiting here, they said yes, I waited there for an hour and a half and no one called me, so I went over to ask, and they said I was waiting in the wrong waiting room, then I went to another front desk, and she said that my name had just been called and told me to keep waiting. Didn’t I wait in the waiting room for an hour and a half because the staff didn’t give me accurate instructions? Then it was
