The whole staff is super friendly and you are treated like family. Dr. Kotha is very knowledgeable and describes your diagnosis in much detail and gives you a medical plan to help either your issue. I had a most enjoyable visit and would recommend Dr. Kotha to everyone.

** 2nd Update** went to Quest again and still no order. I give up. Looking for a new doctor. Seems like this office doesn’t have it together anymore **UPDATE** got a call with a new prescription sent and lab order. Hopefully no more issues. I have seen Dr Devdhar for a few years and never had an issue until now. Not sure what is going on with the front desk but I called a week before my appointment to find out what lab my orders were sent to and to move my appointment date. I never got a call back. After missing my appointment I called again and left a message, no call back. A few days later called again, someone answered and transferred me to a voicemail… again no call back. Finally the 4th time I spoke to someone and got an appointment scheduled and was told my lab order is at Quest. W

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My doctor sent over a referral, never got contacted so I have been calling for maybe 2 weeks with no answer. Left voicemails also, no answer. Probably for the best to look for another Endo unless you have time go in person and speak to them for every little thing!

I love dr kotha!!!. Very sweet!! Has always had my numbers where they need to be. No up & own like other dr. But this time her staff isn't helping her keep the rooms clean, posters falling off walls & staff eating at the reception desk when you check in. ;(

I have been seeing Dr. Kotha for years… she is absolutely amazing!! Very easy to talk to and she cares about her patients. I moved further away recently, but will always drive to see her, even if an hour away.
