I went to Encanta Cejas on April 22, 2022 to get my eyebrows microbladed with Salome and it was a traumatizing and terrifying experience to say the least. Things started off on the wrong foot right away when Salome showed up to my appointment an hour late. During the hour-long wait while she arrived, I was in the waiting room and one of the ladies at the front desk came over to apply anesthesia on my eyebrow area before the procedure. Unbeknownst to me, she applied the WRONG anesthetic (she applied an anesthetic that was not meant for the face). By the time Salome arrived and started working on my eyebrows, I experienced excruciating pain. I alerted Salome right away that I was feeling a lot of pain and then her staff confirmed that they used the wrong anesthetic on me, but Salome decided
