ER wait time is ridiculous. If you come here, expect to wait in the lobby at least 8hrs or more. My mother was even transported by ambulance and as soon as her vitals started getting better, they threw her in the waiting room. This place has not changed even a bit. Emory has promised so many positive changes and I can see nothing has ever changed after being bought out. All they’re good at are empty promises and publishing ads to look good. I would never ever come back or even recommend anybody to come here.
Dr. Watts and Surgical Associates I recently had an out patient procedure completed at Emory Hospital in Warner Robins. I do want to give credit to the out patient department from registration and pre operative care to day of surgery attention and nursing staff to the entire team. MOST of all Surgical Associates under the provider of Dr. Watts and his team at the pavilion were absolutely amazing. My surgery was scheduled quickly. The office staff was attentive, kind, professional with amazing heart felt attentiveness. Bed side manner is something that has been absent in the medical profession over the years and instead of being treated like people it’s turned into being treated as a dollar bill get you in and get you out. THAT WAS NOT the case with Dr. Watts. He took time with me, answerin
I had an appointment for a CT scan on 12/30/2025. I have only been to this hospital for emergency services and to visit others, so I had no idea how to navigate the hospital for what I needed. I saw a young lady and asked if she could help me get to same day services. She said to give her a moment and she would take me there. Tamiko was so pleasant as she walked me to where I needed to be. After she helped me, Lynnette helped me sign in, complete all the paperwork, and she was just as nice as Tamiko. She then directed me to radiology where I checked in with Suzanne. She walked me through the paperwork that I needed to complete. Once I was seated, Chad came in and looked over my paperwork and realized that I could move forward faster and made it happen. Nicole gave me my IV for the procedur
For starters, I want to note that I know this is an ER and people get seen in order of urgency. However, the wait at this ER is beyond ridiculous. Went in at 3am and was not brought back to be treated until after 8am. The lobby was not overly full and the waiting room is near the ambulance bay so we can see what is coming in and there did not seem to be much. One lady stated she had already been there since 9pm. As much as I am glad I do not win ER bingo, the wait is still crazy. I do believe this may be due to the fact that we did come in on night shift, as day shift was moving and grooving once they came in. This could be due to understaffing as there is an issue with that everywhere as well. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt where I can but unfortunately this is not the fi
I would rather visit a veterinarian in Afghanistan than to visit this ER again. I went in by ambulance for a fall and then they ended up 10-13ing and holding me against my will. They took my phone, my clothes, everything. They gave me ZERO food for over 24 hours. They gave me ZERO medicine to help with pain. They ran a CT Scan and an MRI. They gave me ZERO results. The nurses are amongst the rudest people I have ever met in healthcare. They were cussing in the hallways openly, many of them talking about quitting their positions because how rude the head staff is. I don't know her last name but Charge nurse DAPHNE gave me smirks, belittled me, and didnt even believe me. If it was not for the psych nurse SHARON, I would still be in there. She knew I was telling the truth and fine just after
