Emory Diagnostic Imaging Center

Came in with a broken ankle, and it's a pretty long walk from reception to the MRI area. Was offered a wheelchair only for transport from the changing room to the MRI room. No wheel chair from the MRI area back to reception, and no auto-open doors, which makes me wonder if they are ADA compliant. The MRI tech was pretty abrupt. More concerning is that I was having the MRI as prep for surgery on my ankle. The MRI was in the morning on the 8th, and I had a consult with my surgeon on the 14th. At the consult, the surgeon said that she had not received the MRI reading (she had the file, but didn't have the actual reading from the Imaging Center). The reading wasn't delivered until AFTER my surgery. I don't know if that's a miss on the surgeon's part, or on the Imaging Center's part, but eithe

Everyone at this facility was super nice and professional. The checkin was a breeze. We got there early and they didn’t let us wait like other places we had been to. We got it done in less than 30 minutes! The technician was fast and accurate, very experienced!

I arrived at the location at 5:25. They take walk ins. Before arriving I made a call to the place and spoke with someone about walk-in that prior week. They gave me the time 9am - 6pm. I scheduled my day around it because I get off work at 5pm. So I arrive 25 mins after it and when I get there I tell them that since I have a referral I have to come in from 8am - 4:30pm. That’s not the worse part, we asked if we can schedule my appointment so I can get there after 5pm and they said no. So the only way to be seen if I take time off/lose my job/or quit. Then I basically was trying to get them to work with me and they just kept repeating the time. Some healthcare givers. All I was looking for was some from of humanity and empathy. Even they had just took account that it was a X-ray and not not

Been Emory patient for awhile and I can say any type of X-ray always have had excellent service

First, I get there on time check in then had a seat. As I'm waiting, I realized it's been 30 mins & two woman that had arrived after me were called to the back. I then went back to the check in & the front clerk, stated they call you ..which was a lie. Then she stated let me check you in & fill out this form.... meaning the whole 39mins to the hour I was not checked in. So another 29 mins passed & I was called to the back to sit in another waiting area. I'm pissed & will never come here again. Service terrible!!!!!
