They're not exactly the most effervescent or gregarious or welcoming or staff. Quite frankly, with the exception of Shamika, everyone looks angry, tired, annoyed that you enentered the buisiness, and have the typical and expected (black, stoic and expressionless) personas, that appear to actually RESENT the fact that you have interrupted their snail-paced and totally unenthusiastic day of administrative duties. However, they were ultimately professional and accommodating. They just all appear to be TOTALLY over it and devoid of any appreciation to be of service.Katherine was just lovely. She fitted me for the frames and took care of me quite well. Unfortunately, she's no longer there. It would be nice if the staff presented a warmer/happier greeting upon entering the business.
