I am sharing this because I would want someone to warn me about Phil Blumer at this clinic. My cat was taken to this ER for what I believed would be a procedure to repair the jaw and only remove teeth after being seen at OnPoint Urgent Care, where I was told he would likely need some teeth removed but will definitely get to keep his jaw and live a normal life. Before surgery, I was not informed that a large portion of his jaw would be removed. I did not consent to that extent of surgery, and there was no discussion with me beforehand about that possibility. After surgery, I was told he required an extensively high amount of anesthesia. We are eternally grateful that they existed. Our dog was hit by a speeding truck in our neighborhood and he probably died instantly. He wasn't breathing when I picked him up. He was killed in front of my eyes, and had only death rattles as he took his last breath. I couldn't take the chance that there might have been something that could be done to bring back my best friend. They did CPR on for 15 minutes trying to bring him back. Not some weak CPR either, CPR up on the table doing full compressions. They did every other method they had to bring him back, he was gone. With their experience, they probably knew there not much hope after 5 minutes but they kept going for 15 minutes and this brings me more closure. They treated me and my dog with respect. Dr. Jessica Prieto, Cassandra and Jess were an absolute God send!! I’ve never had such great service for my cat! She’s feeling so much better! Highly recommended to anyone who needs emergency care. Thank you guys for all you do!

Dr. Carroll, his nurse Kelly, and Karen at the front desk were absolutely amazing,kind, attentive, and truly listened to everything we shared. Our dog had gotten very sick very quickly over the past couple of months, and no one could figure out what was going on. This team took the time to listen, treated her quickly and efficiently, and gave us real relief in a scary situation. While her case is complex and will require further diagnosis from a university, their care made a tremendous difference. I took my King Charles spaniel for an advanced ultrasound to assess an abdominal mass in November 2025. The clinic is beautiful and clean. The staff was so friendly and efficient, they treated my dog as though he was a human. Dr. Thompson explained the tests and the results in common language that was easy to understand. I thought the fee for services was reasonable, especially considering the excellent service. Even though it is located an hour from Pensacola , I would not hesitate to take my dog there again if needed.
