Emergency Tooth Doctor Vancouver

This was the worst service I have ever received. I had a scheduled appointment at 12:00 PM and arrived 10 minutes early. Yes, I was a new patient, but I had already provided all of my information over the phone when scheduling the appointment. I also brought all necessary documents from my previous clinic, including X-rays and medical records. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for the first 10 minutes — I was sitting alone in an empty lobby. When someone finally appeared, I was told to fill out paperwork by hand. A few minutes later, I was told not to complete it because they already had my information. I was then given four different email addresses to send my previous clinic records to. Four different emails. After waiting for 45 minutes with no further assistance —

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I recently just lost insurance and needed my wisdom tooth removed quickly. I saw this place was close by and didn’t need referrals. Decided to give them a call. They were able to schedule me right away for the same day. The front desk receptionist was very nice and calm. Both the dentist and the assistant were extremely nice and were very gentle given the whole process. The extraction wasn’t too bad financially either. They treated me better than my old dental office, including providing soothing aids like gas and pain meds. Both of which were never provided by my other insurance. If you’re in a pinch or looking to switch providers, I would absolutely recommend them.

I never write a review but I feel that office deserves one..... I am terrified of the dentist and I broke my front tooth completely out 2 weeks ago and I have gotten the run around with sleep dentistry for the past 2 weeks to the point of they insisted i get all my work done with them and forgo the tooth altogether and the cost was astronomical! They wanted 5,800 JUST for the sedation! So needless to say I was desperate to find someone who would listen to me and quickly fix my tooth and a friend told me to try these guys and I'm so glad I did, they treated me like family the staff was so nice and non-judgmental, Dr. Brad Strong had me fitted for my flipper within minutes and sent me on my way, the cost was minimal, so if you have an emergency this is the place for you!

I have really bad anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable. I got a tooth pulled and a root canal done and they were amazing. I will definitely be going back

Below is the before and after just to emphasize on how wonderful of a job they do here. Never would I have thought that I could chip off a FAT piece of my FRONT tooth, get it repaired and even upgraded as my tooth used to be pretty crooked and now it is much more straight. Then still be able to make it into work but they made it all possible and got the procedure done in less than 30 minutes. They were extremely calming, helped me laugh through the horror and truly do remarkable work. I will forever recommend anyone and everyone to come here. Hands down an absolutely wonderful experience besides my tooth getting chipped of course. Thank you all for everything you did, I couldn’t be more grateful 🙏🏼
