Emergency Tooth Doctor Tigard

If I could give more then five stars I would. I had to drive from Lincoln city because they were the only clinic open that could see me on the weekend and I'm so glad I did. They were amazing! All the staff were incredibly kind and sympathetic to the agonizing tooth pain I was in. They were gentle as they possibly could be and even though I could barely open my mouth they managed to take x-rays and numb my jaw with barely any extra pain. The nurse was exceptionally good at reassuring me as I had never had a tooth pulled like this before and was really nervous. Both her and the doctor were great at giving me small breaks and making sure that I was doing well through the whole procedure. If it weren't for the distance I would happily go here for all my dental care, but if I ever have another

Just found out that even though 1 I told them when I made the appt for the extraction and 2. Asked the dr while I was in the chair that he did not do the bone graft when I had the tooth pulled. Now I’ll have to go in for another procedure on top of the horrible experience I already had. Absolute nightmare. HORRIBLE experience. Sat in the chair for over an hour. The dentist literally couldn’t find any suture. So I just had my tooth pulled and there is suture. He wouldn’t give me any pain medication and told me to take ibuprofen and tylenol even after I told him I couldn’t take NSAIDS due to being on low dose chemotherapy for lupus. Worst experience with a destiny I ever had. Unbelievable.

This location does not know how to bill insurance, so they won’t take insurance (I used Delta Dental). They do not how much procedures cost so it’s just a random amount. The dentist isn’t even a real dentist. The location in Beaverton was able to find my insurance and get me patched up within an hour in the past. Skill issue.

I have had at least one active abscess in my mouth since August when I had my psoriatic arthritis infusion. Unfortunately that rendered my immune system dead. 24 hours ago I called these people telling them that I had at least three abscesses in my mouth now and that I am in excruciating pain. But did anybody call back...no, did anybody pick up the phone, the two times I called... no. I'm filing a complaint with the board of dentistry and anybody who will listen. Do not go to these people!! They are stupid and reckless to leave me hanging with no antibiotics or anything.

Dr. Crawshaw at the Tigard location did an excellent job and, in my experience, is a very knowledgeable and straightforward professional. While the location I went to was admittedly rather no-frills (no fancy amenities) they do a good job of getting to task, diagnosing/remedying your issue, and getting you going. They also seem to have fast scheduling with good availability, which is clearly a necessity for difficult dental situations. While I myself was not in a lot of pain, I could see from other patients there that they do treat pain quite seriously. I would definitely go back should the need arise (hopefully not!). Thanks ETD!
