I want to start off by saying that the assistant is awesome, very friendly, and just generally kind-hearted. This review is by no means a reflection of his actions. This review is towards the dentist who extracted my tooth. He told me I didn't have a tooth infection so I didn't think I would be getting a prescription for antibiotics, but I was prescribed a rather harsh antibiotic. As a result, I have been in excruciating pain for 4 days and had to go to urgent care. The doctor told me that there was no reason I should've been prescribed the antibiotic if I didn't have an infection, it also could've been a less-harsh antibiotic like amoxicillin and I would be fine. But now I have to go get tests run to see if I have an infection and I found out the treatment for that infection is $300 and

This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had! I absolutely do not like dental appointments, but the dentist here was friendly and considerate, very thorough in explaining things, and very gentle. Highly recommend for any emergency tooth issues!

Such a wonderful team! I had a tooth removed and was totally terrified. They made the experience wonderful and I felt like I was in good hands. Will absolutely be transferring my dental care to this team.

Do not go here. We went to the Vancouver location a few weeks ago and had a great experience. My husband was in excruciating pain and they had him taken care of immediately. From paperwork to extraction was about a half hour. The staff and Doctor were great. This location however, we didn't even have to fill out paperwork and it's been over an hour and STILL haven't had it extracted (I'm in the waiting area writing this). If you are in pain, go to the Vancouver location. Update: horrible extraction, no stitches given, refused to give prescription for antibiotics, the medicated mouthwash, or Tylenol 800mg. Still bleeding hours after. Very upset with how my husband was treated.

Since Dr. Shakiba is no longer there, this is no longer my dentist😫 they have been horrible about getting back to me, I had work done over 6 months ago I ended up getting a second opinion from another dentistry and she had to fix the work my insurance did a Thorough investigation and decided not to pay the emergency tooth doctor and said I should be Receiving a refund from them for the portion that I paid out of pocket. However I’ve contacted them three times and even took in a copy of the findings from my insurance (that mind you they got a copy of as well from my insurance.) and still nothing. I’m hoping they at least make it right.
