Embrey Mill Primary and Urgent Care

I moved to Stafford in May 2022 and was still having virtual appts with all my drs in Central VA. I was so elated when I saw a drs office was opening four minutes from our house. I was the very first patient at the then “new”Embrey Mill Primary and Urgent Care (EMPUC) Clinic. I met Dr. Khan, Kendall and Skyler. Kendall took a picture of all of us that day, I saw Dr. Khan and I was very happy and highly impressed with him and how patiently he listened to me explain why I was there. I was happy to find a competent Dr so close to where I live with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff members. I left the office happy after meeting three amazingly intelligent, knowledgeable, and caring people during my visit . I am still a regular patient and quite happy with Nurse Practitioner, Pa

This place is a money grab pretending to be an Urgent Care! My daughter went in feeling sick and they didn't accept her insurance, didn't test her for flu or covid, and charged $100! What a sham! The are overpriced and the other Urgent Care centers offer better quality of service. AVOID IF YOU WANT QUALITY CARE!

You have to wait 3 days for test and if you want rapid you have to pay out of pocket. Nobody knew how to do there job, the doctor only listened to my lungs which is barely assessing me, everybody seemed lost and confused while I was there. Would not recommend at all

If I could give them negative stars I would. I came in the office on Friday and was very sick got swabbed said I was gonna get my test result the next day. I called up there two hours before their time of closing at 2 PM they said their provider had not given them the results but the results did come in. I gave them an hour before closing and called again and all it did was make me go to voicemail and leave a message. We went up to the urgent care and they closed a whole hour before they’re closing time and now I’m stuck with being sick with I don’t know what and asthmatic. So now I have to wait until Monday to figure out what I have and what kind of medications I need to get. They were very happy to take my money for my co-pay when they had to call me to retrieve it but now they want noth

Avoid this location at all costs. They billed my visit incorrectly (I went in for my annual physical and but charged me for a regular doctors visit). They proceeded to blame my insurance but my insurance was the one that let me know they billed the visit incorrectly. I informed them of this and they have taken over 2 months to correct it. I am still waiting for the situation to be resolved…
