I highly recommend Carol for PT services, especially for pelvic floor, core, and back concerns!! I have been a patient of Carol’s since March of 2025 and she is amazing!! Her clinical knowledge and wisdom are vast, but she couples this with a kind yet direct approach to treatment. She is very clear in explaining, if needed, how certain exercises impact the body in a helpful/healing way. She listens patiently to my concerns and adjusts my treatment plan based on what’s best for me in the moment, be it using modalities or working on specific exercises to help with my back. I have no doubt that the therapy Carol has provided for me has kept me out of back surgery and decreased my pain/inflammation significantly, for which I am incredibly grateful!! Carol was able to figure out exactly what was happening with my hips, pelvis and back. She has outlined a plan of using Postural Restoration therapy that has directly addressed exactly what I needed.
