Steph has amazing energy and an incredibly relaxing space. The hour long massage she gave me was everything you want from a professional. She tended to my shoulder and back pain with respect towards limitations, understood where my knots and pain were stemming from and had a literal perfect technique for pressure on/pressure off to work out challenging areas. I left our session feeling lighter, stronger and properly worked 💪 I will 100% be continuing to utilize Steph as an affordable resource for pain management and relaxation!
