Do not take your loved ones to ANY Embassy or Embassy owned facility as they do not always provide proper care or take care of their facilities. Crystal Care of Ashland was found with multiple deficiencies by the Ohio Department of Health and their Administrator and some staff knew but did nothing to prevent an assault and then didn't tell the truth about it. The managers of Embassy from Corporate to the local level do not care about your loved one. Their facilities are poorly rated with high turnover of both floor staff and Corporate staff. They don't listen to family members and could care less. Oh yes, the commercials are great. They try to reel you in. Don't believe the bull. The food is disgusting and usually served by someone young and inexperienced. The quality is not fit for an animal and yet they take your money. If you come across a nursing home and Embassy owns it, look elsewhere. Your loved one's life deserves more.

Embassy’s Tessera location In Brandon FL is disgraceful. Food quality was disgraceful. Residents going to hospital weekly for falls. And skin tears only wear my mom’s wedding band was often. Red plate s posted to show unattended meds left on table cause techs do not guarantee residents take them. No accountability or follow up from Embassy or the management team in the building.
