The Villas at King David

If I could give a 0 I would! This place is terrible. This place has had bedbugs for months and the owners are not doing anything about it. My mother has been getting bitten up for the last 3 months This is ridiculous. The staff is thin overnight it’s only one Aid working through the night. The DON doesn’t do a good job and she doesn’t have any answers when asked questions. When I’m there visiting my mother I never see her (The DON) walking the halls or being engaged with the staff or the residents! The aids are always using in profanity . The bathrooms are dirty. My mother room has not been cleaned for months also. House keeping doesn’t do a good job and only pulls trash. I’m very disappointed and I will be contacting state about all of it including the bed bugs. Something has to be done.

All of the staff are smiling , warm and welcoming. I cannot think of a better community for my mom. Everyone made us feel like family. I want to extend a Thank You to Shawn he is so wonderful and personable he is very kind and helpfull in so many ways.

We had a truly positive experience at Stone Gardens for the care of my Mom. The staff is kind and loving and cared for my mom like she was one of their own. The care increased as she lost the ability to care for herself independently. The staff at Stone Gardens have warm hearts and kind souls. The nurse practitioners, front desk staff, nurses, aids, housekeepers, meal staff, and maintenance were all truly kind and respectful to my mom and us. The staff at Stone Gardens were my moms Angels and I appreciate all of you for providing the care to my beautiful mom when I couldn’t. Mom mom was at several facilities and Stone Gardens truly shined above the rest.

Our family's experience at Stone Gardens over the past 8 months has been quite positive. Everyone from the administrative staff/front desk, nursing department, caregiving support, nutritionist and the maintenance team helped our mother and family during this time of transition. We found everyone to be responsive to our questions, provided updates as needed and available to meet. All of the team members have been professional, kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile. Our mother shared that everyone was so nice and helpful to her. Many thanks to everyone at Stone Gardens from our family.

Shawn shows genuine compassion in every interaction—always greeting residents with a smile, responding promptly to their needs, and treating them like family. I’ve personally seen him take extra time with my loved one, making sure they were comfortable and emotionally supported.
