Either they are not attentive to detail or they lack basic respect for customer requests for callbacks. Bought massage via Groupon because they have evening hours. When I called March 4, 2021 to make the appointment I had to leave a voicemail and asked them to return my call after 3PM because I'm a nightshift schedule person. FWIW I use an app on my phone as a sleep aid and though set to silent, with the app running/headphones in calls ring through (???) so I'm /always/ specific about callbacks when I have to leave a message. Besides, after 3 is when I’m actually available to discuss appointment times. Seems like an easy, no-brainer request, right? Nope. Apparently not. They disregarded it and called—4 days later—at 10:12 AM. I was annoyed but overlooked it.... Had to schedule 5 weeks out

If you value your time and money, do not go here. I bought a Groupon deal for a deep tissue massage and called around May/June for an appointment. They don't have any evening and barely any weekend hours available so I they weren't able to schedule me until the middle of August for a morning appointment. When I got there for my appointment, I learned that they had double booked. The receptionist had scheduled me in their computer system, but the owner didn't have it on her paper calendar. I was patient and re-scheduled for two weeks later. I arrived 15 minutes early in order to sign any paperwork and the office door was locked. Her hands do heal. I've been going to her for a few years and she has worked on my injuries and chronic issues to resolve my pain, help in healing and provide functionality.

She is a life saver. Not just a massage but a medical massage. She is kind and intelligent. Knows her job and does it very well!! I very highly recommend her to everyone i know!!
