This healthcare facility is top knotch. My experiences have continued to prove this facility is staffed by the highest caliber individuals. Kenya and the rest of the front desk staff are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Every nurse I have interacted with makes sure to hear me, ask questions and answer mine. Dr. Underwood is without a doubt the most personable and yet highly professional medical provider I ever interacted with. He shows up with an uncommonly holistic view of medicine, ready to provide insight and approach an issue with a practical yet expansive curiosity. I leave every appointment certain my health is his top priority. Cannot recommend this place and its singularly gifted staff enough!

Office staff is not helpful, very cold and unfriendly. However, Dr. Awad and his nurse, Lisa, are real pros. We were charged for the follow-up post surgery office visit. In my many years of experience, this first routine follow-up visit is ALWAYS included as part of the original surgical fee. When I inquired about this upon being asked for my copay, the receptionist wouldn't even give me an explanation- she said "talk to your insurance company" and turned her back.

First visit with Dr Daudi and staff. Professional and efficient. Doctor wanted me back in two weeks. I had to schedule out a month.
