Dr. Batniji was very kind professional and helped me so much with my stitches after they werent done correctly in the ER. He really knows his stuff! If i need any kind of urgent care issue I will be back to see him!

I want to say I felt very lucky to walk into Urgent Care in Elmira feeling very ill and with body hives and colitis. John and Cameron were wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. I had no 5 hour wait in an Emergency rm. I felt very comfortable with them and they truly were very caring and thorough. I am very grateful!

I came hobbling into the Urgent Care 15 minutes before they closed after a deer jumped out in front of me while I was on my motorcycle. I was walking and talking but in some pain and bleeding all over the place with some decent road rash. John and Natalie came to the rescue pretty quick. Patched me up right as rain and had me out the door after about 45 minutes. I never felt like they were rushing to get out and I knew I was being heard and taken care of. John even called me 2 days later to check up and make sure I was doing good.
