I've been visiting here for several years, mainly for regular cleanings and occasional cavity fillings. Dr. TSEN is very gentle and makes the experience feel calm and comfortable. She is efficient and gives objective, balanced advice. The front desk staff are polite and professional—not overly enthusiastic, but I never felt that was necessary. I did switch dentists once at this clinic and have since continued with Dr. TSEN. I haven’t had any major procedures done here, but overall, it's a solid and reliable clinic.

I recently visited Elmhurst Family Dental for a cleaning and filling, and had an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I forgot to ask the doctor's name, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Plus appointment was surprisingly efficient in time. I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. I've never felt more confident in my smile! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend Elmhurst Family Dental for all your dental needs! I have been going to this dentist for many years, even continuing my visits after moving out of the neighborhood, and love seeing Dr. Tsen. No frills and no problems

i just cleaning the teeth couple days and i been this place almost 2 years i filling untill now they clean not professional affter i see all the time my gum going down now some my teeth is shake. before clean is fine. i would not recommend this place. this place make my gum became bad.

I had an appointment for 12:30 pm for my dental cleaning . I waited for more than 20 minutes outside in a rain and called them 4 , 5 times the door was closed . They gotta value others time too . And they called me back after 2 hours and still no apologies and talked me not in a nice way .
