Elm Grove Pharmacy

I always get my pups medicine at this pharmacy. I am asking the vet to switch because of the way they treat people. I always support local unless they are just mean and nasty.

My insurance told me I needed to switch pharmacies for my speciality drug. When I called to get it sorted out, the person I spoke with said "we haven't filled that drug in years" and I explained that I needed it and my insurance had them on my list. They argued with me that my insurance was wrong and they won't fill it. Then I was transferred to the pharmacist who was the rudest person I've ever talked to. She would not let me speak. She talked over me and didn't let me explain my situation at all, and refused to help. I wound up hanging up on them because she was yelling at me. I will never use this local business, even though I was so excited they were on my list with my insurance. Horrible experience.

Well where do I start??!???!! If I could give this place a 0 I would!! I transferred my prescriptions over to this pharmacy not too long ago. I went in today to get a prescription filled and the pharmist asked my why I go to the ER??!?? I don't think that's any of her business but me being me and being caught off guard I answered her and told her then she had enough nerve to tell me she knew my condition because she already looked it up before! How is that any of her concern???!?? She is very rude everytime I go in there and my prescriptions always have something wrong with them!! I won't be going back!!! Worst Pharmacist Ever!!

Who is the VERY attractive, friendly, bubbly pharmacist??? Shes very sweet and helpful. You can tell she cares about people and wants to help... What is her name, marital status???

Very clean, well organized, and ran family business! Pharmacist sure knows her stuff. I’m extremely satisfied being a customer at this pharmacy.
