I've been going to Andrea for years. I always go away feeling better. Different types of massage are offered for a fair rate. Especially like the hot rocks!

Not only is Andrea AMAZING at all aspects of massage, (hot rocks are mind blowing)...she is very knowledgable on pressure points & holistic medicine. I would trust her knowledge & recommendations as she reads everything & keeps up to help her clients well being.

Saw Andrea for "Wry Neck" or "Torticollis". Had been to primary care physician...steroids and muscle relaxer....Chiropractor 4 times in 3 months. Problem kept reoccurring. Woke up Saturday morning in severe pain. Locked myself in bathroom and ran water so kids would not hear me crying in pain. (I am not a crier). Called A Journey within. Andrea was able to get me in that day. Tried to address the root of the problem then pressure point treatment with massage. Left smiling and pain free. I was amazed. Kept thinking it was a dream. My daughter was amazed when I got home smiling. Went to work on Monday. Whole office could not believe the way I was moving around with no pain. I began to see Jen for a neck problem, to address the daily headaches I was having, as a complication of other injuries suffered in an automobile accident. When I walked away from my fourth session yesterday afternoon, I was able to turn my head in every direction totally pain free. I recommend her very highly!
