Select Specialty Hospital - Wheeling

I spent little over a moth here. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Even had a very hands-on CEO that isnt afraid to get in there and do what is needed for the patient. And my case officer was very helpful in getting me the additional i help id need upon discharge. Highly recommend for anyone in the surrounding wheeling area who need special care.

The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. They go above and beyond for their patients. I couldn’t help but notice how hard the team works and how much pride they take in helping patients improve. The facility is clean, up to date and well-kept. The entire staff at Select Speciality Hospital Wheeling are professional, compassionate, and incredibly competent. The care that my mother has received is second to none. Besides a handful of nurses and the specialists at this facility, every one of these nurses are lazy arrogant ignorant and make it very obvious that that's a job to them and it's not somebody's family laying in there. I'll give him a more thorough update but this place is disgusting I would never let any loved ones of mine come here again. Update. He got a bed sore so bad it was to the bone, which they concealed. We removed him from the facility after he had a seizure before surgery, because apparently the nurses at this facility weren't aware he wasn't getting any fluids at all. Almost a month. Electrolytes got so low he had a seizure , which caused more damage.

My husband Charles t Robertson Liked being there. All the nurses and staff was really great with him. Charles would recommend select hospital to anyone that wants to go there.
