Ellis Primary Care - Clifton Park

I had an appointment at 10:40, I left at 11:30 as nobody had called my name yet. Waiting room was at capacity. There’s no reason anybody should have to wait 50+ minutes to see a doctor when they have a scheduled appointment. That’s just pure greed, over scheduling appointments to make more money at the patients expense. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and tried to be helpful. Absolutely dismal experience, would recommend anywhere but here. Just horrible !

Called 2 weeks before my first baby was born was told Mazzie would be able to see her as she is my doctor! So we are getting discharged from the hospital today and I called the office to get her first appt and they said not until 2 weeks out for any Dr!!! This is after we already told the whole hospital her Dr and filled the paperwork out with her name! I can’t stand this office it is absolutely the worst! The Drs arnt any better than the service!!!

Amazing service at Ellis! I recently went to urgent care for an infection. I was taken care of right away. I needed an ultrasound, but the person who normally performs those wasn't there. Instead of sending me to another site, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I left feeling 100%. Overall, Ellis had knowledgeable staff who worked efficiently and professionally. I was impressed. Thank you and bravo!

Doctor Mazzei is the only doctor or professional in this building who cares about her patients. I had scheduled a sick visit today with Christina and her nurse, Sarah, called me to request I come in early for my sick visit and I agreed. An hour later another nurse from the office called (while I was on my way to the appointment) to advise I would need to come in at the scheduled time because the provider had tried to move up all appointments to be before 4pm to leave early and there just wouldn’t be enough time to be seen. Fine, I’ll go in at the original time of 5:20. I get another call at 4 from Christina’s nurse, Sarah, asking why I didn’t come in at 2:40. I told her I was told not to come in early because there wasn’t time for me to be seen and she told me that I couldn’t be seen at t

I wish I could leave 0 stars on some places because this office is absolutely horrible. They do not care about their patients. Christina Falchi is rude and condescending and clearly doesn’t care about her patients at all. I waited for 45 minutes for a video call only to be greeted by her rude unapologetic tone when she finally got on. My husband said he would have hung up after waiting even 20 minutes but I desperately needed this appointment. I ended up hanging up because I would rather wait and find a doctor who actually cares. If you’re looking for a doctors office, save yourself the waste of time with going here and find another practice.
