A simple phone call lead me to a next day appt for a new patient, which we all know the wait can be months sometimes. The atmosphere was fabulous. I was greeted by name but also a smile as soon as I walked in. Dr Thompson, Bailey and Billie I will say all were very professional and supportive. Top notch office staff and equipment!

Told me that a cleaning and exam would be 249 that was a lie. They tried charging me 299 nope it was 249 then they didnt even clean my teeth because I would have to have a deep cleaning which is 749. So I paid 249 for absolutely nothing. Definitely would not recommend.

I’m disappointed with my experience at Elizabethtown Family Dentistry. I cancelled an appointment in advance, yet the office claimed I didn’t and charged me a no-show fee that they are now threatening to send to collections. When I called to discuss it, they couldn’t find any record of my cancellation or my calls. I value honesty and good record-keeping in healthcare, and unfortunately, I didn’t experience that here. I hope the office reviews their processes so other patients don’t go through similar issues.

The Family Dentistry is one of the best dentistry that I have ever known. They will provide you the most reasonable price upfront and will help you through the financial process. They will not try to surcharge you or place hidden fees as I often had from other places.

First experience as patient: was great. Entire staff friendly and educational.
