My first appointment in November was handled with care and efficiency, leaving me hopeful for a positive experience moving forward. Unfortunately, my follow-up appointment in January was a stark contrast. The appointment was scheduled for 10:45 AM. I arrived early at 10:30 AM, with only about four people ahead of me. Over the next hour, three more people arrived after me, and yet I remained waiting. After an hour of sitting, I approached the front desk to inquire if my doctor, Dr. Blustein, was available. The receptionist asked for my name and then incorrectly claimed this was my first visit as a new patient. I had to correct her, explaining that this was a follow-up visit. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Elizabeth Youngewirth office during my “Union Wellness months copay-free offer.” Before the visit, I called ahead, sent my offer letter, and asked them to confirm they were part of the program. I was told and confirmed by them I wouldn’t be charged, and they were part of the offer program. After the visit, I never received the lab results for my nail. A month later, I called, and the doctor said no treatment was needed, it was just nail damage from an impact. But months later, I got a bill from the lab. When I called the lab, they said a fungus was found and I actually needed treatment. This was the opposite of what the doctor said, and now my nail is getting worse. The wait times are interminable. Going to this office will take 3-4 hours of your day, and if you can't take off that much work, they just don't care. Deeply disorganized, unprofessional office. They were called EVERY DAY this week by radiology about a prescribed test and my appointment for my MRI was almost canceled because they didn't respond to the radiologist office. The people in this office are totally incompetent. They don't respond to calls and don't do any of their paperwork in a timely fashion. Worst doctor experience I've ever had.

Very very good doctor, did not rush me out, very thorough, paid special attention to my issues. I never experienced one like her. Very happy I found this place. I even told her this how much I appreciated it!

I was referred to Dr. Youngewirth when I needed surgery for my foot. Her staff has always been very professional and friendly. The actual surgical procedure went smoothly and while I'd read how much pain I'd experience post-surgery, I'm glad to say that the discomfort I've experienced hasn't been overly terrible. So far, this has been a pleasant enough experience.
