Elizabeth Adam Crump Health and Rehab

This place is just awful. My father is in the memory care unit and I wish we did not have to put him there. The smell is just awful, always, they don't turn him like they should, he was never given any type of therapy. They sit the residents in the hallway around the nurses station because they are too lazy and short staffed to monitor all the patients. My father is constantly getting scrapes, cuts, and bruises and they always seem to be his fault, mind you he cannot walk or move himself around. They even have a pad under his bed because they know he falls out of his chair and bed. I thought they would provide optimal care because of their location but these people could care less, find another place if possible, I do not recommend. UPDATE PLEASE READ!! My 1st impression of Elizabeth Adam Crump nursing home had me on the fence in comparison with it's sister facility Wonder City nursing home because I didn't know anything about it nor did I have a good repore with the staff like I had in Wonder City but as the days passed and the staff got to know me better they Made me feel welcomed and were very helpful in my adjustment, particularly the Admissions director and facilities administrations director, and social workers in fact I was told by the facility that I had been in prior to coming to Elizabeth Adam that I could come back to that facility when and/or if I wanted but I decided to stay here for the duration of my recovery and know that I'll be in the best of care by my newfound friends I've started to make

I was really impressed by the staff as well as the intake people. I was more impressed because when I got there, my former pt was sitting up in the wheelchair, clean and he seemed content.

As a healthcare professional I highly recommend Elizabeth Crump. Ishmael is a very kind and welcoming leader in the building. The nursing staff (Latoya, Tracie, Connie and Blue) is exceptional. Truly compassionate and caring. Gabbi and Rocky are both valued and trusted resources for our patients. Vicki brings so much joy to the patients with the wide array of activities. Hands down a five star trusted community partner.

I am impressed with the concern the staff has for there patients. My mother in law was in this facility for 7 years in the early 2000's. My sister in there now. They both received and my sister is still receiving excellent care. Receiving excellent care for my love ones is very important to me. When I ask questions or just want updates the staff is very informative and thorough. I recommend E. A. Crump because the staff takes such excellent care of the patients.
