The beautiful woman sitting at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in the door! Not one of those generic greetings like when walking into QT bc they have to say it 10,000 times a day but a truly genuine, I’m happy to see you greetings! Her demeanor the entire exchange was both professional and warm. She gave off the vibe that she actually wanted to be at work and wanted to help the patient/customer. The wonderful clinician who set me up with the MRI was also very friendly and kind. I have to say that this MRI imaging office was top notch across the board and I was thoroughly impressed. So much so that despite me almost NEVER taking the time to give reviews, I was eager to express how pleasant an experience I had today!

This was my first time using this facility and when I tell you the entire staff was amazing. But I would like to give the most recognition to Makia , thank you for answering your calling, you are where you suppose to be in this lifetime. I Touching one life at a time; with your beautiful spirit in dealing with people, your professional personality and zeal to meet the needs, with love and care, you never know who’s life you may touch, until after it’s touched… Thank you. You made me a believer, there are still kind folks in this world.

Very professional staff and atmosphere. Love, at the front desk, was very informative and thorough with check in and answering my questions. The music was relaxing, she offered coffee, and a snack during my wait. Clean office and professional staff. Definitely recommend this office! Thank you again.

I would highly recommend this location. They ate awesome, Inwas in a accident and was sent here to do my MRI. They have a stand up MRI machine. Boy I tell you they have 3rd party companies that send you here for the imaging. I tried to make tge appt for two weeks and got Ms Love on the phone and ahe made it happen within 24 hours and delt qirhball of the confusion explained things to me so I could understand she was amazing. Thank you for a good experience.

I was referred to this MRI office after a previously bad experience. For this to be my first MRI I was very nervous. The difference was night and day. The facility was extremely clean and well organized. The staff was warm, welcoming, informative, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. The lockers were a nice touch and added to the overall comfort and security. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
