I had a concerning experience at this office. During my visit, multiple X-rays were taken without a clear explanation of why they were necessary. I was instructed to hold the X-ray sensor in place with my fingers instead of using proper positioning equipment, which made me uncomfortable and raised safety concerns. One staff member was respectful and informative when answering my questions, but it seemed like her input was discouraged by others. That added to my overall discomfort. When I asked for clarification, the responses lacked transparency and professionalism. Patients deserve proper technique, clear communication, and a team that supports one another in providing safe care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Neil Great at his job and communication made me comfortable for the entire appointment. Dr.Ammar was fantastic, always transparent, and went out of his way to make my smile the best it can be. Thank you so much for everything!

Dr. Amar is the best! From day one, he’s been incredibly patient, professional, and kind with my teenager. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure his braces journey goes smoothly is great. We always feel welcomed, well cared for, and confident in his hands.
