I had an initial visit with Dr. Brett a year ago and haven't returned due to the experience I had with her front desk staff. Upon check in, a lovely older woman greeted me and helped print the necessary lab work for my appointment. From there, the experience went downhill. The nurse who did my vitals wouldn't communicate with me. Dr. Brett was thorough, though her bedside manner is somewhat stiff and lacks energy. Checking out was fine ($700 up front for a visit, with paperwork submitted to insurance for reimbursement). A week or so later when I saw a missed call from her office, the most hostile front desk staff I've ever experienced answered my return call. She would not help me find out the reason for the call nor help me figure out if my insurance company accidentally sent the reimburs

Dr Brett is an accomplished and well regarded specialist in endocrinology. Her knowledge and experience is exemplary and Dr Brett takes time to examine and educate patients on the best practices using the newest cutting edge medications. The office staff is efficient and kind. Dr Brett’s practice is a model to providing the best medical expertise with a heart

Dr Brett was referred to me by a physician friend of mine. I found her be an informative endocrinologist but not in charge of her very rude staff. The office staff makes all rules here. I was treated so poorly by her staff on several occasions.The receptionist hung up on me 3 times. I asked for a call by from the physician and she told the physician would definitely not give me a call back ever. Dr Brett does not accept insurance and her fee was $700 for the first visit. I would not waste my money at this office unless you want to be verbally abused by staff. There are plenty of good endocrinologists in the area who treat patients with respect

The staff was super friendly and responsive and Dr. Brett is extremely thoughtful, skilled, and knowledgeable. I was not satisfied with my prior endocrinologist’s approach which simply followed the latest trends and have now switched to Dr. Brett for a careful and long term approach.

Dr Brett fit me in with very little notice and was professional as always. She is very thorough and I know I’m in good hands with her. Highly recommend!
