SCAM!!! DO NOT GO HERE Went in for a consultation today and they took several xrays Sat me in a room the doctor comes in and DOES NOT EVEN EXAMINE ME. He told me that i had an infection in my tooth that needs the root canal and he couldn't see my nerve because my sinus was covering it, then proceeded to say i needed a CT Scan. Went back to the waiting area waited less than 5 mins for them to “run” my insurance I was called back up and she told me my insurance didnt cover the CT scan and i would have to pay 350 out of pocket but she will discount me if i paid cash it would be 300! Straight BS!! As i walked out i noticed that they told everyone the same thing. How is it that all patients have the same “infection”? I needed an endodontist. recommended this clinic. I was in this clinic on November 13. I had to clean the root canal. They took a picture and said yes, it can be cleaned. But first you have to pay $350, we will do a supernatural examination and send it to the insurance company so that the rest of the amount would be covered by your insurance. I paid and I was taken a picture again on the same equipment. I served a little bit. At that time, I went to Google and read the patient's reviews and was shocked. Alas, I read it late. The doctor looked at the picture and said that the tooth could not be cleaned, it should be removed, since my stupid doctor did not do it correctly and allowed the infection. Horrendous ! Do not waste your time! They’ll claim your insurance won’t cover certain services, and that they’ve supposedly submitted claims to your insurance that were “denied”. They refused to touch me unless I paid $350 for a CT SCAN that was covered by insurance. Thank god I called my insurance beforehand, and they confirmed it was 100% covered and that Elida NEVER sent any claims in the 3 weeks between appointments. Extremely rude staff and an even ruder doctor who walked out during my first appointment with him, when I didn’t pay the $350 right then and there.

This dentist is the worst. I was there on 11/13/25. I had a 4pm appointment. I was called in to see the dentist a little before 4pm. The dentist was so rude. He walks in the room and tells me. My insurance will not pay for a root canal. I can pay the receptionist $350 dollars and he can do a root canal. He didn't even look in my mouth. I asked him why my insurance would not pay and he said. I see patients with the same insurance I have all the time. Then he said if you don't have the money i cannot help you. Come back when you have the money and he walked out. Another patient in another room was told the same thing. Very unprofessional.

What is wrong with the people here? It is almost as if they ask to not provide good or decent service, or maybe it's a front for something else because it's sure as hell is not any kind of dentistry. Customer service is not even provided at this place before you even step past even a conversation. Oh and they purposely ignore your calls after they tell you they cannot service you even though their website states otherwise. I had someone call right after me a few times that I called and they would answer their calls instead of mine. I have to say that the gentleman who answered my call minutes before they closed was very polite and reassuring of service until I received my phone call he scheduled for me the following day. Whomever answers the calls is extremely rude. I never even got the ch
