Please be very wary , fraudulent billing practices in place here and incredibly difficult to deal with which is very disappointing . Dr Blochin who to be fair was fine but brief is an in network provider with my insurance, yet as someone who booked an annual skin screening they are now choosing to charge, code and bill me for a normal office visit so that it not considered a preventative appointment leaving me responsible for close to $300 . The screening lasted 10mins after a 30min wait and should be fully covered as a preventative measure under my insurance when properly shown as an annual skin screening . I liked my first experience with Dr. Blochin. Very kind and calm woman. Answered all my questions. Removed several moles that bothered me quickly and painlessly. The office is clean. No complaints about the reception. I would recommend this doctor to my friends.

Went in after being referred to Dr. Blochin by my PCP. I had went in for a checkup with my PCP to address some things and had gone in to address some discoloration on my abdomen and forearm after it turning red and blistering for no apparent reason. PCP said she would refer me to a Dermatologist to address it because it could be a number of things. About two weeks later, the discoloration is still there and I make it to my appointment with Dr. Blochin. Upon walking into the office, I knew I would come out of that appointment being 1) blown away by how amazing Dr. Blochin is and how useful her expertise is or 2) disappointed but Dr. Blochin and how useless her expertise was on my situation. Initially, I liked what I read about Dr. Blochin on her website. However, when her office contacted me to schedule an appointment for the 2 concerns I had, they told me I would have to make 2 separate appointments. This tells me that Dr. Blochin is hard up for work and needs to bill insurance for two separate visits when 1 visit should be sufficient for a consult. This also tells me that Dr Blochin has little regard for her patients time - believing they can drop everything for 2 appointments rather than dealing with everything at once. When I go to my primary care we often discuss various issues at one appointment. Needless to say, I will not be dealing with this “physician”.
