Good morning, beautiful soul. I wanted to give you an update and let you know this morning I woke up and I am walking around and it does not feel like my hip flexor and my tendons in my leg aren't going to break like a 70s rubber band!! I am so grateful for all of the skills that you have and all of the help that you are giving me. I have not felt this type of relief in almost five months!! Well since my knee replacement in October! I am going to continue to do the movements and exercises and stretches that you have given me so that I can continue this progress. I look forward to our next session ♥️
