I received an eyebrow service, and the results were very disappointing. I had very low expectations to begin with, but what I received was unacceptable. The technician created two completely different eyebrows: • One was made thick, the other thin. • One was dark, the other light. When I pointed out the issue and asked why my eyebrows were done differently, she responded by saying, “This is your problem, not mine.” When I later asked about a repair, she blocked my number instead of offering help. This unprofessional behavior and poor-quality work have caused me distress. I am submitting this report so that appropriate action can be taken.
