I have been going to El Gato vet for 38 yrs. They are honest with you, give you options when trouble arises. I am so grateful they offer me a senior discount as my lab Avery was diagnosed with Cushings disease and it’s a very expensive disease with the medicine and constant blood tests to make sure cortisol levels don’t go to high or low. Dr Bibb and Katherine are great. The ladies at the desk Alma and Eileen are also very helpful, I would highly recommend

Dr. Bibb and her team are wonderful. The front desk is friendly and professional, and the vet techs are compassionate and patient. Our pets—Sammy our cat and Lacy our 10-year-old boxer—have always been treated with genuine care and respect. Highly recommend.

As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I’ve had ongoing concerns with how El Gato Veterinary Hospital interacts with our community. While I respect the work they do for animals, it’s been frustrating to see how little attention is given to the impact they have on nearby residents. I’ve noticed employees frequently smoking and gathering around the surrounding homes, which creates an uncomfortable environment, especially for families and those of us who walk the area regularly. It’s not the kind of atmosphere you’d hope for in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parking is another long-standing issue. Even when their on-site lot is empty, staff often choose to park on the street right in front of homes—particularly near the Los Gatos Boulevard intersection. My home isn’t directly affected

We are very grateful to all the staff of El Gato Veterinary Hospital for providing our cats with fast and efficient service and quality professional treatment. If I'd known El Gato Veterinary Hospital earlier we wouldn't have had the terrible experience we had at SAGE Veterinary Centers - Campbell two months ago where we had to wait 11 hours for our cat to be able to go home , he got bitten in a fight with another cat, More than 700 dollars was spent but our cat was not treated effectively. This time El Gato Veterinary Hospital cured our cat and at a cost of a little over $100 .And we were there for less than 30 minutes . El Gato Veterinary Hospital is highly recommended. Thanks again!
