What can I say about Dr. Natalie Sánchez that is negative? Absolutely NOTHING! I take pride on being one of her first patients, her being fresh out of NYU Medical School. I have been witness of her maturing in the profession, and since day one I went to see her 10 years ago, I was enamored with her professionalism, superb bed manners and sweet rapport with her patients. I have been very well taken care of with her help and guidance throughout this long journey of getting old. Even on vacation she’s only a phone call away, and truthfully nowadays, I not only consider her a great clinician, but a true friend. About her practice at El Encanto MEDICAL Center is impeccable. I am new and l am very happy to made the decision to have chosen EL ENCANTO MEDICAL CENTERS. Always very clean always with a smile on there face. DR. Nancy Sanchez is awesome and takes her time to listen to your problem. So far my appointments are always on time they put you in at schedule time. Also is a very personalized and human they make a call very Friday to check if you need anything from the doctor and to wish you a happy weekend that is like a one to one. I truly recommend this medical Center .

Dr. Sanchez was extremely professional and caring. Her staff was very helpful. I felt that they listened to my needs. I walked in and was assisted immediately. The faculty was clean. I highly recommend Calle El Encanto Medical Center.

Watching my parents grow older has been a long and difficult process, and the transition from child to caregiver can be really draining, not to mention time consuming. I can’t begin to tell you how relieved and happy I was when we found El Encanto! It’s saved us dozens of extra trips and hours of different waiting rooms because they have so much of what we need right there in one place. The best part though, is the time Dr. Sanchez takes to spend with us. She answers all of our questions in ways we can understand, and I can tell she really cares for both my parents’ physical health, and our whole family’s mental and emotional well-being. Her staff is friendly and kind, and the office is so nice that sometimes I forget we’re not at the Spa! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Thank you so
