EIRMC - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

As a parent of the NICU at a different location coming to eirmc has been an awful experience. Thank God my wife was able to quit her job so she can spend time doing the nurses job. Crappy wrapping of braces for clubbed feet. Doctors are rarely checking in with patients parents. Very corporate environment with employees consistently complaining about work pay and environment. Definitely wouldn't be here if it wasn't for necessary surgeries. One plus, a camera accessible online to view child while away. Would also add that no all nurses are at fault of my poor experience and there are some excellent nurses that may have changed my review.

I was very satisfied with your work, excellent nurses, doctors, I congratulate you, thank you for taking care of my baby, I have been with you for 2 months, but I thank you for the care and attention you gave us, I also congratulate the nurses, they are incredible at taking care of babies 🚼
