I called to get some instructions on some test the doctor had asked me to do. I was told I could come into the office to get the papers. I get there hour before when Google said you guys are closing. The door was I go in and stand at the front the woman busy listening to her music eye balls me and tells me we are closed. So I asked what time do you close so that I can come back the next day. So she just yells back we are closed. When I said you don’t have to be rude I and just asking so I can come can. She says I am not being rude and whatever. I don’t understand the need for hostility. I did what I was told. Even when I couldn’t get the help I was just asking for another time come back. I won’t be coming back but that’s my loss as I really liked my doctor.

This place sucks. Got here for a 6:45AM appointment, apparently the first one, but still waiting here 45 minutes later waiting for the doctor to arrive.

Terrible experience from making the appt to getting into the building and getting helped and worked on. Would recommend reporting to the board.

I had very good experience. Didn't have to wait much (I did online check-in). Staff and Doc both were nice, keep the office environment light and happy. I told the doc about my insurance not supporting therapies so he gave tips on minimizing sessions and gave exercise tips.

These guys are thief’s. I went in to talk about a medical issue. They make you pay your co-pay. I go in, the doctor says. We don’t do this here, here is the doctors number that does it. I ask for my co-pay back. They told me no. They should have just said they don’t do this on the phone. They wasted my time. They wasted my money. My family and I are done with this place. Save your self the agony and find a better office
