He demands twice as much as any other dentist. He is , irresponsible and the staff cooperates with all the lies. I spoke to them on the phone and they said they accept my insurance and I don't need it. pay nothing, When I got to the clinic they did an x-ray in one place , so he told me he had to order parts and it would take a week, I asked him to tighten two screws in order not to cause me further damage, he sent the assistant and told me it would cost $1,000 in cash since it was not included in the insurance , I did this before with another dent

Front desk clerk is the office manager she has an issues listening to others. Just because you use to work for UHC doesn’t mean you know ever plan . Listen to the member first than you submit to the insurance company let them still me it’s not covered not the frondesk assistant
