Been going to this office for a while. I’m not sure if new hires or not but the front office staff is less than hospitable where in person or over the phone. It’s as if being a patient is an inconvenience for them when it’s literally their job to deal with the public. Front facing staff builds the brand and can diminish it which what has been done recently in my experiences. Try to let your patients end their sentences before cutting them off asking for identifying information, it’s rude.

Best Doctor. I highly recommend Dr Riuli. He was able to see me right away and when I told him my family history and my concerns he was able to get all tests done within a month when my previous Dr was cancelling my appts all the time.

Great visit. Dr Shah listened, reviewed history and ordered needed test. Check out was also great!
