Edgewood Manor

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. My family member was a resident here, upon seeing his condition, (open wounds, dehydrated, dirty bed, sheets haven’t been changed, and he hasn’t been washed) the family has taken him out of this horrible facility. The nurses have horrible bed side manners, lack of communication from facility to family. When my family calls, no one answers and when we showed up, the employees have every excuse of why they don’t answer the phones, can’t be because they are busy taking care of residents, because the residents are poorly taken care of. I wouldn’t leave my dog in that facility. If you have family living here, please remove them.

My Brother is now a a resident at Edgewood Manor. My family and I are very involved with the care of our brother. Every time we visit he is fresh & clean. Fresh clothes on all of the time. The staff is nice friendly and professional. I am happy with the care & staff that works with our brother. Cathy

If I could give a zero I would. both of my parents resided in Edgewood from April 2024 to Sept 15, 2024 in that time frame I have had several concerns with the facility on how its ran one with the admission dept. the never answer your calls never return them unless you owe them money then you receive a call back. now on to laundry my parents clothes came up missing and they keep telling my mother that they have to find them this went on for months when they discharged they sent them home with dirty and pisses clothes . My mother was rush to the emergency room and no one contacted me the hospital had to call me at the time I was trying to call the Center and of course no call so I reach out to a resident that lives there and he walked the phone up to the front desk so that I may speak to so

My mother Celestine Baker was a resident at Edgewood manor for three years. In that time her morale went down, the CNA’s , Staff , Food they served in that horrendous kitchen was just terrible. I lived in Las Vegas and worried so much about my mother’s care! Once my mother was dropped from the bed lift machine her tooth was chipped (which they denied). She developed bed sores and needed a special wound care Dr. My mother died in this facility November 7th 2018. If It was a way to sue I would do just that DO NOT Put your loved one’s in this facility!!!!!

I am so grateful to have my mother in this facility. (Edgewood Manor). Staff is great and keep me well informed about things or changes going on with my mom. Also I like to mention every time I visit my mom, which is never at the same time, she's always dressed and clean and well taken care of. Mom use to always love to paint her nails so when I visit it's nice to see her nails neatly manicured and polished. From the bottom of my heart I thank you and keep up the great work! You guys get 5 stars in my book...and I can be pretty picky.
