My first time visit with Doctora Katherine Bravo was an awful experience. As soon as she realized my insurance information she got up, gave a very condescending attitude, called her nurse, and grabbed her purse and left. Without any notice. I said bye to her and she didn't even bothered looking at me. Not professional at all. The staff was SUPER nice. Not gonna lied. I could tell the nurse felt embarrassed. I'm sorry, my insurance with Cigna wasn't good enough for her clinic. She could of just told me instead of treating her patient with lack of human respect. OH YEA, I WAS JUST PICKING UP MY LAB WORK, THEY STILL CHARGED ME THE VISIT EVEN THOUGH THE DOCTOR LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE APPOINTMENT. NO SHAME

Dr. Katerine Bravo is an excellent professional, very dedicated, and takes her time with patients. She is very accurate in her diagnoses. The wait time in the office is reasonable, and the staff overall is very professional. Highly recommended!

Eden Medical Center demuestra una preocupante falta de criterio clínico, escasa comunicación interna y nulo respeto por el tiempo y la salud del paciente. No lo recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia. Me realizaron análisis sin explicarme previamente que no se trataba de un chequeo anual completo. De haberlo sabido, no habría accedido a extraerme sangre para un estudio tan limitado y poco útil. Solo evaluaron hormonas reproductivas, dejando fuera pruebas básicas como un hemograma. Una de las hormonas salió baja, y aun así la doctora afirmó que “todo estaba bien”, sin justificarlo ni sugerir seguimiento. La gestión de citas fue igual de irresponsable: no me contactaron el día y hora acordados me hicieron varias llamadas aún al decirles que por disponibilidad de horario no podía contestar, y

La doctora es excelente una persona muy humana y el centro médico es súper ideal,el personal muy amable y eficiente,yo estoy muy contenta con sus servicios y sus conocimientos ,lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
