I usually get there a little early to read or catch up with things for the Day. Usually, I won't sit there no longer than five minutes before being called back. Then it's the Nurse with tests, she walks out and the Doctor walks in. 15 or 20 minutes, we're in the car headed home. You can't Beat That on TV. amenloveme...
Every time I have a appointment,it in handled in a timely manner. The nurses are kind, and listen to what I have to say. The doctor is very helpful in explaining my medicine,and what steps I need to take care of my health.
We were very pleased with Dr. Polu and our experience at ECU Endocrinology. She was very thorough in her assessment and took time to answer all our questions.
Very thorough, polite and courteous ! A good listener, competent doctor and staff !! Took time to hear full explanation and was instrumental in getting testing and treatment of my diabetes, back under control !!
Dr. Palou is great! She is thorough and always pleasant. She always make me feel welcome when I go see her.
