One of the pharmacists talked to my father last week, trying to get him to change insurance because it costs them too much. I'm sorry, but he uses what's good for him, not what's good for you. If you don't like the insurance, DON'T ACCEPT IT! Don't harass and stress out your customers! He's not changing his insurance, but he may change pharmacies. Which may be what you want. What I want is an apology and a promise you will NEVER do this to anyone again. Don't expect us to say good things about you to anyone. Great place ,Great staff.They are on top of it at all times,I recommend them over anyone

Locally owned, small town pharmacy. Friendly helpful staff. One of few remaining that will work with customers to help them get the life saving medications they need. They even offer delivery services, or used to this may have been discontinued. Great place to do business.

Had to get two prescriptions - the lady tried to give me one of them instead of calling the doctor s office or asking me to call the doctor s office to attempt to correct the miscommunication protocol to assess the need in order for me to receive my prescriptions. Instead she tried to itimadate me - would not give me a chance to speak at all. Had this horrible overbearing, spiteful malicious underhanded attitude towards me . It seems some of their pharmacy techs or assistant s lack the proper customer service skills or lack social intelligence in dealing with people or customers. Very Very unprofessional this lady was. After being disrespected entirely. I told them if it is to much of a hassle than I will get my prescriptions transferred somewhere else.

I was publicly humiliated and left in tears. One of the prescriptions I use has to be ordered and delivered to the pharmacy so I have to wait a few days before I can pick it up from them. I called in my prescription just like always and then when I went in to pick it up it was discovered that my insurance had changed. Due to my insurance change my copay for that particular prescription unexpectedly went way up and I didn’t have the money to pay for it that day. I asked the front lady if I could wait to pick it up till I got the money together for it. She was very kind and said that wouldn’t be a problem. Days later when I had the money I called back and let them know that I was ready to pick it up. When I arrived at the pharmacy they were slammed so there were a ton of people in there. I
