Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic - Batesville

The staff at this location are ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. I had to come from another state for medical treatment. I hope if I need assistance again that I can come to them.

The receptionist, Sydney, was beyond helpful. She spoke to me as soon as I stepped in the door. Her smile and positive demeanor is something to be commended. The APRN and the nurse there were exceptional as well! I'd recommend this clinic to anyone.

This clinic has identified an issue that many other doctors could not. The APRN and nurse were very informative and thorough. The secretary at the front desk made my whole day. I'm not sure about her name but her hair was blonde and she had a smile that I won't forget. Thank you Arkansas Heart Clinic of Batesville. I will definitely be back!

This review is hard because the APRN and the nurse Heather were both great! The secretary Sydney was unprofessional and was belittling a 25 yr old guy she had encountered the day before. She was extremely loud and unprofessional talking to the nurse out of site who was clearing trying to get her to find some professionalism with out calling her out! When she finally asked how my day was and I told her I appreciated the professionalism she said awe thanks I explained it was not a compliment to which she rolled her eyes and replied that she was sorry for my reaction. First impression was not good but the APRN and nurse were very good and professional. Based on the first employee I seen and the way she belittled and trashed people proudly I would highly not recommend her!

Every time I have to go to this Heart Hospital clinic the entire staff it's very professional very friendly and most helpful I just love them all.
