Batesville Children's Clinic - White River Health

The lady at the front window is not very professional or polite. The clinic rescheduled us, people who came in 30 minutes after us got called. I went up to ask what was going on. She said it takes time for them to pull files. I said they should have our file pulled since we had an appointment. When I walked away she slammed the sliding window. She has had an attitude the other times we have been here. If it wasn’t for the other staff we would go elsewhere.

This office had nice workers but the doctor that looked at my daughter had skin flakes all over her. She did not wash her hands before touching her and also checking her mouth. Which is very DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING 🤢 and she held my daughter with her hair all iny daughter face. I was very disappointed for this being her first appointment and time there. And then it was a basic check up but had a very high bill

I have special needs and medically complex children. We’ve been seen at this clinic for 3+ years(since moving to AR) The Drs care about my children and we are not just a file. The also put great care into our check ups and medical care plans. Nurse Annette is by far the most organized and thoughtful nurse I’ve ever worked with, anywhere. She works hard behind the scenes to make sure my children’s needs are always met. Since my kids are medically complex our dealing with this office is plentiful and I can always count on especially her but the Drs too.

Laney really helped me at the front desk with medicaid. She went above and beyond helping me get all my paperwork correct. Thank you again so much.

Worst pediatrician iv ever used! We used Meghan Smith and she was horrible. She was nice to us that wasn't the problem. Could never get ahold of anyone or get them to call back so we would always have to go in the office to get things handled. The whole experience was horrible. Can't say anything for the other Dr's but Meghan staff definitely was not on top of it. We just felt like a number like she was just trying to get In and out and didn't care what we had to say. I would definitely use someone else.
