It takes a lot for me to leave a review, but I left Dr. Wynne’s office angrier than I thought possible for an eye exam. I came for a routine check-up and new glasses/contact prescription. When I mentioned I rarely wear contacts and mostly at the pool, she told me that was unsafe, refused to discuss my questions about the risk beyond naming a disease you can get, and abruptly said she couldn’t prescribe me contacts based on that. Even after I explained I wouldn’t wear them in water again now that I know about this danger, and wanted them for special events or sunny days, she shut me down and told me to see another provider. This is the first time me and my family go to Dr Wynn for eye exam. She does a good job on the exam. But she is very cold and rude to her patients. She doesn’t want to spend any extra time explaining or answering questions we have. Very unpleasant experience for me and my kids. We would not go back any more.

I went to Eastside Vision Clinic for a contact lens checkup, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. Instead of giving me a prescription for contact lenses, the doctor gave me a prescription for glasses and charged me for it. She said that because it was my first-time getting contacts, she wouldn’t give me the prescription until I came back for a training session on how to wear them, which we were okay with. However, she wanted us to schedule another appointment and pay a lot more for the next steps. When my mom told her the cost was too high, she said she could send the contact lens prescription to any clinic or pharmacy we chose. We decided to think about it and let her know later. A few days later, we called the clinic to ask them to send the contact lens information to Costco

The evaluation was wonderful, I was able to ask questions and get real answers. Dr. Wynne explained everything well and decided on the best course of action for my eyes. Even when the trial contacts weren't great, she made sure that the ones I got in the end were perfect for me. When there was an incident with my insurance they made sure I was refunded the proper amount. They make the process of eye care so much easier for me.

Dr.Wynne was not GREAT very unprofessional! She only does what she wants. Mayor Attitute toward client was not nice or friendly. She does NOT listen to what the client wants or need. All I ask was to get was nearside glasses for my job duty but she kept Insisting that I get Bifocal glass. She agrued with me that if I do not like her service I can go somewhere else. After she already charge my insurance. Now I have to pay an extra fee to go somewhere else to get what I need.
