I have visited The Healthy Body Co many times over the last 1½ years, and I love it there. The environment is so calm, the staff is super friendly, and Grey gives the best massage I've ever had. It's not just massage, it's more like therapy, with real work on problem areas. They are also very body positive, so no matter your size, you will feel welcome here!

I have been seeing Kavin for several years and feel so lucky to have a massage therapist who addresses my underlying issues. He’s improved my chronic pain so much! He’s one of a kind with his skills. I’d drive a long way to be treated by him if I had to!

Grey Riverstone is amazing! Right away I felt a great connection with them. They took time to listen to my needs and requests, told me about their approach to massage, and encouraged me to communicate often if I had a need or question. They are very familiar with nervous system regulation and somatic release and how and where the body holds tension from trauma, anxiety, stress etc. They were able to quickly pinpoint my tense areas, and effectively provided much needed relief through massage. I felt so comfortable, so relaxed, and at ease with Grey, and I really appreciated that they shared their observations as they were working on me. They radiate positive energy! I’m looking forward to working with them in the coming weeks!

This was hands down the most healing and therapeutic massage I have had in recent years. The skill level was superb-I left feeling like my body had been given a transformative experience.
