Dr. Kaur is the best dentist in town. She’s very patient and thorough. I also like the fact that she is conservative (I.e., not directly going for crowns when the tooth can be preserved for longer) I’ve been coming here since the previous dentist (Dr. Sheinkman) was around.

I had a horrible experience. I called a month in advance to book an appointment for cavities and a cleaning. I requested that I wanted both done at the same time. I got to the appointment ahead of time and was told they weren't sure if my insurance covered my x-rays and that I needed to email my former dentist. This should've been requested before I arrived. They did the xrays, and afterward, the dentist told me she didn't have enough time to fill my cavities and that she could only do the cleaning. I told her I would rather my cavities filled, and she insisted she could only do the cleaning. It was the worst cleaning I ever had. The dentist was so fast and did it in less than 10 minutes. I asked for my X-rays because I did not want to return, it took them more than a week to email the

They cancelled my appointment twice. Each time an hour before the appointment.
