East Vancouver Eye

East Vancouver Eye is the best! I’ve been a patient here for many years and can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else. The staff is so wonderful, the office is clean and well kept. Appointments are easy to make and on time. Although my eye insurance isn’t accepted at the clinic, the out of pocket cost is very reasonable. The office still works with my insurance to attempt to recoup cost which is more than most places would do. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have Dr. Cole and East Vancouver Eye as partners in my care. It’s so rare these days to feel cared for, not just “treated” as a patient.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Highly recommend the whole team! I called them when I woke up with a very swollen eye. They squeezed me in for an appointment that same afternoon, even though I had never been there before. The front office staff were friendly and kind and Dr. Dodd was incredible — thorough explanations, helpful tips, didn't rush through the exam or the conversation, and she gave me coupons for the drops I needed while recovering. I felt safe and supported through the whole visit.

Every single staff member at this place is kind, upbeat, and helpful. The doctor really listens and truly cares! They arent just trying to rush you in and out. Over the past 10 years i have had countless issues with eye doctors, perscriptions, etc. so i was hesitant but I never once had an issue here. I will be a patient here FOREVER. Highly reccomend wether you have been wearing glasses your whole life or you just noticed you need an exam!

Our family has been going to East Vancouver Eye for years and we absolutely adore everyone that works there. I’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone at this business through the years from the front desk, billing, optical, and the two doctors. Dr. Cole and Dr. Dodd are both fantastic and just pros in their field. Yesterday I was especially impressed with Jaylee who interacted well with my Middle School son through his initial eye exams before seeing the doctor.

Dr. Dodd is simply the best! She's professional and knowledgable, yet also warm & friendly with a great sense of humor. I always look forward to my annual eye exam with her! The entire staff at East Vancouver Eye is wonderful ... low wait times, very efficient, friendly & helpful!
